03 TOP FLOOR // CONVERSION 2013

The top floor of the apartment building that has remained unused to date, shall be converted in 2013. 6, 20 to 40 m² apartments shall be created. Each apartment shall receive a terrace and be fitted with a modern kitchen as well as high quality materials.
